Oregano
Oregano
One of my favorite herbs to grow and use.....its starting to poke its head up and smile at Spring. I've been weeding and pulling dead pieces off. The weather has been wonderful for working in the garden. Its been not touched for a few years so its loving the attention its getting now.
I can't wait to harvest and be using this wonderful herb in my cooking.
Do you grow fresh herbs? Do you have a favorite?

Hi Cedara, I just found your blog - you did a great job. I love herbs also. We live in south GA, about 85 miles from the FL state line. I have an oregano plant that I planted over 5 years ago, that rewards me every year. My favorite is Rosemary..this plant will live with practically no water and none of my herbs are killed in winter. The Rosemary is aggressive and I have to keep it trimmed but I love it. Then I have Thyme in the garden; I plan to extend my herb garden next spring. I have enjoyed spending time reading your blog.
