Sewing Notions and Fabric

Just thought I'd snap a photo of the old apple crates I have stacked against the large window in my bedroom(at the foot of my bed). They work so perfect for storing my sewing supplies that I need within an arms reach. I have Rubbermaid containers of fabric as well but these hold my "special" fabrics. The ones that I fight myself to have to cut into. I have mason jars full of buttons, rusty pieces, vintage hankies. That blue box you can see on the shelf hold all my patterns that I own. I should take a sideways pic of that to really give you a look at my addiction! haha

Where do you store your sewing notions, fabric and patterns?

Hi..
I realised the 88 Observers of Your Blog and have decided to become the 89th one. What does it mean?...It means, that 'The Sewing Nation' is even greater, than You really think:-)...and of course, that we have similar,or even the same interests.
I can say-I like Your works, though they are a little different, than mine.I like the climate of Your Blog and have promised myself to spend more time here, hoping,You find me and see also effects of my work, commenting upon too.
Best regards-psiankaDK

Lovely blog. Do you really live where you picture "Clouds" was taken? Wow.

I see your primitive crow is sold as a pattern. Do you also sell it as a completed work?

I don't cook, and I don't sew. But I love good food, and I love lovely fabric made things!

Nice blog - I just found it. I love the apple crate idea! There's an apple farm nearby - going to see if they will part with a few crates.

My oh my, you are so organized. Good for you. I need more room so I can organize better. My studio is in an attic so I have a lot of slanted walls and low ceilings. I want your sewing machine too. I know you aren't suppose to covet your neighbors belongings but it looks like a great one.
Love your blog and I will be back
